The project
The home of Skinny Champagne, Skinny Prosecco and Skinny Wine, Thomson & Scott practise a completely vegan process whilst cutting sugar where it's not needed. Available in stores such as Selfridges & Harvey Nichols, restaurants including Zizzi’s, plus some of the coolest bars around, we jumped at the chance to collaborate & reimagine their e-commerce website.

Strategy
After analysing the then live website, looking at things like Google Analytics and hearing customer experiences, we quickly got to work planning a new e-commerce journey. The objective was crystal clear – improve how the brand is perceived online, create an awesome user experience, & increase e-commerce revenue.

Design
After workshops, brainstorming sessions & hundreds of sticky notes, we started the wireframing process. Clearly laying out a structure & user journey that led to a completely bespoke e-commerce buying journey, we ensured enough flexibility to cater for a growing portfolio of products & adopted a mobile-first approach to cater for the client’s audience.

We have an obsession with speed & this was amplified knowing how page load times affect e-commerce conversions. Our development team conjured all their skills and knowledge to produce a lightning fast experience of desktop & mobile using the latest web development techniques.
The Results

Fantastic. Can't recommend Bigger Picture highly enough. They are creative and patient and never once tired of our never ending questions and obsession with detail which luckily was shared by them.
